俞震《古今医案按》针灸疗法特色初探

Discussion on Acupuncture Fentures in Yu Zhen's "Record of Medical cases in All Times'

[目的]探讨清代医家俞震《古今医案按》的针灸治疗特色。[方法]对所选的医案作了深刻的探析。[结果]涉及针灸的内容提出了针、灸、药三者不可缺一,虚损病提倡使用灸法,急重病症提倡针药合用以提高疗效。[结论]其针灸学术思想对于我们当前扩大针灸治疗范围,增加治疗效果,发展针灸在防病治病中的作用和地位具有现实指导意义。

[Objective]To explore the physician of Qing Dynasty Yu Zhen＇s acupuncture features in his book Record of Medical Cases in All Times.[Method] He has made profound reviews on the selected medical cases.[Result] As for acupuncture,he argued that the acupuncture,moxibustion and medicine are indispensible from each other,proposed consumption diseases are better to be treated with moxibustion therapy;acupuncture combined with medicine can improve the curative efficacy of acute and severe diseases.[Conclusion] His acupuncture academic thought is of practical guiding significance for widening acupuncture treating range,increasing curative effect and developing its role in prevention and treatment.
