Professor Yu Jingmao's Experience of Tonifying Kidney

[目的]总结俞景茂教授运用补肾法治疗小儿遗尿、智能低下、多发性抽动症的临床经验。[方法]通过提出遗尿、智能低下、多发性抽动症的病因病机,总结补肾法在临床实践中的辨施要点和分析临床典型案例,阐述俞景茂教授运用补肾法治疗小儿遗尿、智能低下、多发性抽动症的临床经验。[结果]俞景茂教授分别以温补肾阳法、滋补肾阴法、滋水涵木法为治则治疗小儿遗尿、智能低下、多发性抽动症,临床疗效佳。[结论]俞景茂教授运用补肾法治疗小儿遗尿、智能低下、多发性抽动症疗效显著,对儿科临床实践具有启示意义。

[Objective] We summarized the Professor Yu Jingmao＇s experience of tonifying kidney in curing childhood enuresis,hypophrenia,Tourette＇ Syndrome.[Method] This paper revealed the Professor Yu Jingmao＇s experience of tonifying kidney in curing childhood enuresis,hypophrenia,Tourette＇ Syndrome by analyzing the etiology,pathology,therapeutic principle and relevant cases.[Results] The methods of tonifying kidney yang,tonifying kidney yin,and nourishing liver and kidney were effective in childhood enuresis,hypophrenia,Tourette＇ Syndrome,respectively.[Conclusions] Tonifying kidney is effective in childhood enuresis,hypophrenia,Tourette＇ Syndrome,and it is meaningful in treatment.
