益水生新饮对高血压早期肾损害患者体质影响的研究

The Research about Yi Shui Sheng Xin Yin to the Influence of Constitutions of Patients Suffered from Hypertension with Early Renal Damage

[目的]观察益水生新饮对高血压早期肾损害患者体质的影响。[方法]将符合标准的病例随机分为对照组和治疗组两组,治疗组在对照组口服贝那普利10mg,1次/d基础上加服益水生新饮,8周为1疗程,采用标准化的九种中医体质分类量表进行体质测评得分,应用最大得分法判定个体体质类型,对比患者中医体质的前后变化情况。[结果]两组治疗后临床疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),同时,减少尿微量白蛋白差异有显著性(P<0.01),两组患者体质均以阴虚质、气虚质为主,治疗组治疗前后阴虚体质偏颇有改善(P<0.05)。[结论]益水生新饮对高血压早期肾损害阴虚质患者有一定的改善体质的作用。

[Objective] To observe about Yi Shui Sheng Xin Yin influence on constitutions of patients suffered from hypertension with early renal damage.[Methods] Standard cases were randomly divided into two groups,control group and treatment group,patients in control group taking Benazepril 10mg Po qd,based on this,treatment group increasing Yi Shui Sheng Xin Yin,eight weeks for a period of treatment,using standardized nine kinds of traditional Chinese medicine physique classification scale to assess cases,applying maximum score method to decide individual constitution type,compare changes of constitutions with that before treatment.[Result] Curative effects of the two groups have differences after treatment,especially in reducing microalbuminuria,constitutions of all cases are mainly of yin deficiency or qi deficiency,patients with yin deficiency in treatment group improved.[Conclusion] Yi Shui Sheng Xin Yin plays a certain role in improving constitutions of yin deficiency of Patients suffered from hypertension with early renal damage.
