董筠副教授运用降逆护膜方治疗胃食管反流病的经验

Pro.Dong Jun's Experience in Treating GRED with Jiangni Humo Decoction

[目的]通过总结临床经验,探讨中医对治疗胃食管反流病(Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease,GERD)的认识;[方法]跟随董筠教授临床抄方,观察患者服用降逆护膜方后的临床疗效及复发情况,总结GERD的病因病机,选方用药;[结果]患者服用降逆护膜方加减后症状明显缓解,不易复发;[结论]中医在治疗GERD上存在优势,能明显提高治愈率,降低复发。

[Purpose] Through summarizing the clinical experience,it is to discuss traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.[Method] With professor Dong Jun＇s clinical copy,it is to observe the clinical curative effect and recurrence of patients after taking prescription named jiangnihumom,and summarize the etiology and pathogenesis and the prescription of gastroesophageal reflux disease etiology.[Results] After taking the prescription named jiangnihumo,the symptoms of patients ease up and is not easy to recur.[Conclusion]Traditional Chinese medicine is in advantage in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,it can significantly improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence.
