消瘀泄浊饮对急性马兜铃酸肾病大鼠肾损害的干预作用

The Function of Xiao Yu Xie Zhuo Yin on Kidney Damage in Rats with Acute Aristolochic Acid Nephropathy

[目的]观察消瘀泄浊饮对急性马兜铃酸肾病(Aristolochic Acid Nephropathy,AAN)大鼠肾小球及肾小管损伤的干预作用。[方法]将大鼠随机分为模型组、治疗组,另设正常组。造模后,模型组留取静脉血,测定血清肌酐(Serum creatinine,Scr)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)水平后直接处死,并取出肾脏组织低温保存;治疗组与正常组分别采用消瘀泄浊饮、生理盐水灌胃治疗4周后处死,同样留取静脉血及肾脏组织。观察、比较各组肾脏病理组织情况。[结果](1)比较各组Scr、BUN平均水平,模型组明显高于正常组、治疗组(P<0.05);治疗组高于正常组(P<0.05)。(2)肾脏组织病理观察:正常组肾脏组织基本正常;模型组主要表现为肾小管上皮细胞大量坏死崩解,肾间质灶性炎细胞浸润,肾小球基本无明显病理变化或有轻度系膜增生,治疗组肾脏组织受损程度与模型组比较相对较轻。[结论]消瘀泄浊饮对急性AAN的肾小球及肾小管的损伤有一定保护作用,能降低血清肌酐及尿素氮水平,修复肾小管损伤,减轻肾脏组织病理损害。

[Objective] To investigate the intervention of Xiao Yu Xie Zhuo Yin（XYXZY） on the renal damage in rats with acute aristolochic acid nephropathy.[Methods] In the experiment,thirty rats were randomly divided into three groups.Model group were administered intragastrically with aristolochia debilis decoction.Normal group were treated with normal saline.Treatment group were administered intragastrically with XYXZY after the rats model established with the above-mentioned method.After four weeks rats were euthanized and the blood was sampled in advance.The kidney was picked and taken to observe pathological tissues.[Results]（1） Compared with model group,there was significant reduction of the Scr,BUN lever in rats of the normal group and treatment group.Compared with normal group,there was significant increase of the Scr,BUN level in rats of the treatment group;（2） Pathological tissues observation：the tissues of normal group had no obvious abnormality.Model group had acute necrosis and disintegration of tubular epithelial cells,invasived by inflammatory cells of renal interstitial in part.Glomerular had no significant pathological changes or mildly mesangial matrix and cell proliferation.Compared with model group,the damaged degree of treatment group was significantly reduced.[Conclusion] Xiao Yu Xie Zhuo Yin has the function of reducing theScr,BUN lever,and repairing the damaged renal tubule of the rats with acute aristolochic acid nephropathy,to prevent from the development of renal failure.
