摘要 [目的]综述糖皮质激素(glucocorticoid,GC)对固有免疫细胞作用机制的研究进展。[方法]以"glucocorticoid,innate immune,neutrophile granulo-cyte,macrophage,NK cell,dendritic cell"为关键词,在PubMed数据库中检索GC作用于固有免疫细胞的文献进行检索。[结果与结论]GC在调控固有免疫细胞中具有重要作用,虽然GC主要表现为抑制炎症及免疫功能,但在多种情况下,如GC不能诱导NEU凋亡、GC促进具有拮抗GC功能的MIF的表达等都表明GC具有多方面的功能。因此,进一步深入研究GC对固有免疫细胞的作用,对阐明GC的作用机制具有重要的意义。 [Objective] To summarize the research progress of the mechanism of glucocorticoid(GC) on innate immune cells.[Methods] A computer-based online search of PubMed was performed,with the of "glucocorticoid,innate immune,neutrophile granulocyte,macrophage,NK cell,dendritic cell" in English.[Results and Conclusion] GC plays an important role in the regulation of innate immune cells.GC's main function is to suppress the inflammatory and immune.However,in many cases,GC can not induce the NEU apoptosis,but promote the expression of MIF with antagonistic GC function.All these indicate that the GC has many functions.Accordingly,further study of the mechanism of GC on the innate immune cells has important significance.
