摘要
[目的]综述中药微乳凝胶剂研究进展及应用情况。[方法]查阅近几年国内外相关的文献资料并进行总结。[结果]本文从中药微乳凝胶剂的处方设计、成型工艺研究和给药方式等方面进行了综述,其给药方式大多为经皮给药和鼻黏膜给药。[结论]微乳凝胶剂具有提高药物溶解度,增加制剂粘附性,提高生物利用度和药物靶向性等优点,为进一步开发应用中药微乳凝胶剂提供了参考。
[Objective]To review the application and developments of microemulsion gel medicine-carrying system in TCM pharmacy.[Method]Sum up recent foreign and national relative research data.[Result] At present,microemulsion gel is only widely used in transdermal drug system and the nasal mucosa drug delivery system.[Conclusion] Microemulsion gel could increase drug solubility and adhesion of preparation,improve the bioavailability and drug target,it will be widely used in pharmacy.
