电流模理论和电流模技术是当代电子学先进的理论与技术 ,用电流模法设计模拟集成电路是模拟电子技术的重大突破。采用电流模理论和电流模电路设计超宽频带、超高速度模拟开关。介绍了电路结构 ,分析了电路的工作原理 ,给出了电路性能的仿真结果 ,并总结出了电路的主要特点 ,讨论了电路的设计问题。所设计的电路可以做成单片集成电路 ,也可以作为一个基本单元应用于大规模集成芯片中。

Current mode theory and technology are advanced breakthroughs in analog integrated circuit design in modern electronics. Current mode theory enables design of super wide frequency band, super high speed analog switches by introducing circuit structures and principles. Simulation results are given for circuit performance. The paper describes the main characteristics of the circuit and discusses the critical design problems. The circuit can be used in a intergrated system as a basic unit.
