摘要
生态环境是人类生存和发展的基础和前提,良好的生态环境为人的全面发展提供物质基础和重要保障。因此,必须大力加强生态文明建设,创造良好的生态环境,促进人的全面发展。
Ecological environment is the foundation and prerequisite for human survival and development. A good ecological environment provides the material basis and important guarantee for the Full Development of the people. Therefore, we must vigorously strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, create a good eco-logical environment, in order to promote the comprehensive development of the people.
