网络时代的网络参与全民性、治理主体多元化和信息公开透明对社会管理提出了严峻的挑战。为了更好地实现社会和谐,社会管理方式创新可以通过一元化的管理向多元化的治理转变、封闭性的管理向开放性的服务转变、单向的管理向双向的互动转变来实现。
It is national network participation, polycentric governance and transparent information that put for-ward severe challenges for social management. To better achieve social harmony, Social management innovation could be realized through transforming from unified management to diversified management, from close management to open service and from one-way management to two-way interaction.
