丙烷脱沥青蒸发塔的腐蚀分析及控制措施

摘要 根据丙烷脱沥青蒸发塔腐蚀现状,分析丙烷脱沥青蒸发塔的生产工艺、塔内介质组份、温度以及结构、材质,发现高温硫和环烷酸腐蚀是造成塔内件腐蚀的主要因素。并分析了高温硫和环烷酸腐蚀相互作用的关系。提出从生产工艺注入缓释剂降低硫含量和环烷酸值,从设备制造的角度选择抗高温硫和环烷酸腐蚀的材质,以达到延缓丙烷脱沥青蒸发塔腐蚀的目的。 Based on the evaporation of propane deasphalting Tower corrosion status, analysis ot propane deasphalting media group within the production process of evaporation Tower, temperature as well as the structure, material, found sulfur and high temperature naphthenic acid corrosion is a major factor causing corrosion of internals. And analysis of the relationship between high temperature naphthenic acid corrosion of sulfur and interaction. From the production process into slow-released agent reducing the sulfur content of naphthenic acid and, from the perspective of equipment manufacturing the choice of material for high temperature naphthenic acid corrosion of sulfur and in order to achieve the purpose of delaying evaporation of propane deasphalting Tower.
