摘要
结合清管作业研究了C平台至CEP平台混输海管的内腐蚀情况。C平台至CEP平台海管腐蚀为中度腐蚀,微生物腐蚀(MIC)和"垢下"腐蚀是腐蚀防护重点;清管能有效清除管壁沉积物,破坏硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的生长环境,化学药剂抑制了硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的繁殖;垢样分析知主要腐蚀产物为Fe2O3和FeS;海管入口处存在H2S,应对H2S腐蚀采取相应措施。清管作业可清除管壁结垢、降低微生物腐蚀(MIC)和"垢下"腐蚀。清管加药剂的处理模式,可确保海管内腐蚀控制效果。
Pigging can clears the scaling wall,reduce the microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) and "dirt" corrosion. This paper studies the internal corrosion of gathering pipeline from C platform to CEP Platform by pigging operation. The following conclusions: the corrosion of subsea pipeline from platform to the CEP platform is moderate. Corrosion protection focus is Microbiologically influenced -orrosion (MIC) and the "dirt" corrosion. The pigging can effectively clear the wall sediments, destroy the environment for the growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB). Chemicals inhibit the reproduction of the sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB), the main corrosion product is Fe203 and FeS by analysising scale sample Presence H2S at the entrance of sea,should take the appropriate measures to responding to H2S corrosion. Recommend processing mode include pigging and agents to ensure the corrosion controlled.
