针对常压塔塔顶系统设备管线出现的腐蚀现象,从所处的腐蚀环境出发分析了腐蚀的原因,提出了控制常压塔顶系统设备管线腐蚀的措施,如加强工艺防腐、提高设备材质等级和增设腐蚀监测手段等。

On top-atmospheric column system, there exist the phenomenon of low-temperature corrosion. In the paper, the cause of corrosion is studied from the point of corrosion environment, some measure is given to control the corrosion of the top-atmospheric column system ,such as strengthening process corrosion protection, improving material grade, adding corrosion monitoring, etc.
