摘要
辽河油田双6储气库工程采用双金属复合管作为单井注采管道和采气干线管道,这种内壁为不锈钢,能够有效防止CO2对钢管内壁的腐蚀,但是钢管外壁仍然需要3PE防腐层保护钢管免遭自然环境的腐蚀。这种钢管3PE防腐具有钢管管壁厚,最高加热温度低等难点,为保证顺利完成双金属复合管的防腐预制任务,我们进行了技术攻关,通过增加中频加热器,选择新材料进行工艺性试验等措施,最终完满完成了双金属复合管的防腐预制任务。
The Shuang 6 gas storage project of Liaohe Oilfield used double metal composite pipe as a single well injection gas pipeline and mining gas trunk pipelines, the inner wall of the steel pipe is stainless steel can effectively prevent CO2 corrosion of the inner wall of steel, but the outer wall of the steel tube still needed 3PE anticorrosion layer protective pipe from natural environmental corrosion. The 3PE anticorrosion layer of this pipe with difficulties as wall thickness, the maximum temperature is lower, in order to ensure the successful completion of the pipe 3PE anticorrosion layer task, we undertook the technology tackles key problem, by increasing the frequency heater, selection of new materials technology test and other measures, the final successful completion of double metal composite pipe 3PE coating prefabrication.
