摘要
在分析索赔的概念、内容基础之上 ,试图利用工期 -成本优化、工期 -资源优化的原理及方法 ,以两类典型的工程索赔问题为例 ,寻求运用网络优化技术解决工程索赔定量分析问题的途径 ,为确切计算索赔值。
On the basis of the contention and procedures of construction management, the autor discusses the network optimization principles and methods for construction time & cost and construction time & resources, with actual cost method , make an attempt at obtaining more rational claim funds and modified construction schedules by way of adopting the technique of network optimization in two typical construction claim problems,so as to provide basis and reference for construction enterprises.
