高职院校学生素质教育的实施途径和方法

Methods of Students’ Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业教育的主要任务是培养适应生产、建设、服务、管理第一线需要的德、智、体、美全面发展的高技能复合型人才。分析目前高职院校学生素质教育中存在的文化素质偏低、能力较弱、素质教育方法单一、教育效果不佳等问题,提出应针对高职学生特点制定科学合理的人才培养方案、加大素质教育力度、开展丰富多彩的校园文化活动、提高师资队伍水平等方式,为提高高职学生的综合素质创造良好条件,并探索有效进行素质教育的实践途径。

The main task of Higher vocational education is to train high level talents to adapt to the production, construction, service, management in the first line with the overall development. Currently higher vocational college students＇ quality is in the lower cultural quality, weak ability, simple quality education methods, bad education effect. This paper puts forward the higher vocational students＇ characteristics should be aimed at making reasonable the talent training scheme, increasing the quality education efforts, developing the rich and colorful campus culture activities, and improving the teachers level way, to create favorable conditions to improve the comprehensive quality of higher vocational students. This paper also explores effective quality education practice way.
