摘要
通过有限元分析软件ALGOR对数控加工中心上的自动换刀机械手ATC中的新型凸轮式组合机构进行模态的分析和讨论;并根据该组合机构的工作特点和运动几何学特征,更好地实现其运动响应快、稳定性好、可靠性高等优良特性。
Through modal analysis of new cam - type combined mechanism by using ALGOR ( the software of Finite Element Analysis) , this mechanism have been applied in Automatic Tool Change (ATC) device of CNC Machining Center. Based on the characters for Structure and kinematics geometry of cam - type mechanisms, better performance of rapid motion response,good stability and high reliability are achieved.
