摘要:在我国高等教育由精英教育走向大众教育的发展过程中,高校成本管理问题日益凸显。如何解决日益增长的成本问题已成为需要迫切解决的大问题。通过专家学者对高校成本管理的反复研究论证以及不少高校的大胆实践表明:降低高校成本管理是可行的,也是可以有效解决的。

As we are happy for the higher education from elite education to mass education, the growing problem of cost management in universities comes out. How to solve the increasing cost has been a big urgent problem. The repeated studies of experts and scholars and practice of many colleges shows that： decreasing the cost management in universities is feasible and is solved effectively.
