摘要
分析高职学生存在的学习目的不明确、学习态度不端正、学习纪律难以令人满意等问题进而影响高职院校学风状况不佳的原因,结合加强学风建设方面的实践,实施导师制和建立学生教学信息员制度,从根本上来扭转高职院校学风问题,指出只有具备良好地学风,才能不断提升高职教育的质量,培养出较高质量的人才。
The article analyzes the reasons of poor learning style in higher vocational schools, which is rooted in the unclear study aims, the uncorrect study attitude, and unsatisfied study principles. If the problems of the poor learning style want to be changed,it is necessary to strenghen the construction of learning style, to establish the tutorial system and the teaching feedback reporters system. Having the good learning style is the basis of improving the qualities of higher vocational education and training high quality talents.
