摘要
运动处方减肥体现健康减肥的理念,用最自然的,最科学的运动方式锻炼身体,减肥,发挥运动处方的作用。调查以几个健身俱乐部抽取20名实验对象,分为对照组(EG)和实验组(CG)。对实验组运用运动处方的形式进行科学的锻炼,而对照组进行一般性锻炼。最后从他们减少的体重上施加对比,实验组明显比对照组的身体重量,身体脂肪含量上有明显的减少。研究指出科学的运动处方是维持健康的一个有效的方法。
Exercise prescription commonly refers to the specific plan of fitness - related activities designed for a speci - fled purpose for the client or patient. The purpose of this study was to obseve the effect of a specific exercise pre - scription on losing bodyweight of females. 20subjects were randomly divided into two groups:prescription group (EG) and control group (CG). The subjects in EG regularly practiced physical activities for two months according to the specific exercise prescrip- tion and the controls did exercise freely. The results showed that the body weight, body fat content of the subjects in EG were decreased significantly and the physical fitness was improved. The study indi - cated scientific exercise presciption is an ef- fective method to keep health.
