摘要
课堂当中的教学回馈对促进学生学习,达到良好的教学效果具有至关重要的作用。分析了Y世代学生的学习心理特点,提出了在教学中及时并且持续不断地给学生提供教学回馈,从而提升教学质量的建议。
The feedback of classroom teaching plays a crucial role in promoting students learning and getting good teaching effect. On the base of the analysis of the psychological characteristics of Generation Y students learning, we suggest that teachers should give teaching feedback to students in time and continuously so as to enhance the quality of teaching.
