有限元分析法在我国脊柱外科的应用现状及医工合作前景展望 被引量:1

摘要 在脊柱外科领域,有限元分析法目前广泛应用于脊柱结构和力学分析、不同内固定物生物力学效果评价、治疗效果的评估和预测等方面。但通用模型匮乏、非骨性结构建模不精确、软硬件获取受限等仍是掣肘其发展的主要技术障碍。本文简述有限元分析法在我国脊柱外科的应用现状,并对医工合作的前景进行展望,以期为学科之间的进一步发展和融合提供参考。 In the field of spine surgel3,, the technology of finite element analysis (FEA) has been widely used to analyze the structures and mechanics of spine, to evaluate the biomechanical effects of different internal fixations, and to assess the therapeutic efficacy and prognosis. But its present application is still restricted by some technical thctors such as the lack of general models, inaccuracy of non-bony structures' modeling, constraints in acquisition of software and hardware. In this paper, current researches of FEA application in spine surgery in our country were introduced, and the prospects of medical-engineering cooperation in the field were described, so as to provide references for further interdisciplinary development, intersection and fusion
