摘要
在产品加工过程中,由于各种因素的影响,产品质量会产生波动。通过抽样,根据概率统计学原理,画出X-R控制图。分析产品质量的变化过程,制定控制限,进行统计质量控制,确保产品质量的稳定性。
In the manufacturing process of production, the quality of production can be different because of the effect from various fac- tors. In order to analysis the change process of the production quality and make the control limit, it is necessary to draw up X - R con- trol chart based on probability statistical principle through sampling. The stability of production quality can be controlled by using the quality control method.
