摘要
对赖氨酸硫酸盐类产品应用喷雾流化床造粒得到的几种颗粒,依靠实际显微照片对雪花状颗粒、金糖平状颗粒、实心状颗粒、类球形颗粒的形态、堆密度、溶解性、混合性以及可以实现的流化床造粒原理形式作出分析总结,得到最合理的颗粒形态、流化床造粒原理;指出设计思路首先是对具体成品目标明确,依靠最合理的流化床造粒原理和合适的流化床形式,依靠生产研究得到合适方案,依靠大量类比物料和同类物料的生产数据进行优化,才能最终实现得到最理想的颗粒形态。
Dealing with the particles derived from lysine sulphate that prilled with spraying fluidized bed, relying on actual micrograph, the author summarized the form, bulk density, dis- solubility, miscibility and the theory way of fluidized bed prilling, and got the most reasonable particle form and fluidized bed grilling theory in the article. The article also pointed out the designing thought based on the clear target of the end product : relying on the most reasonable fluidized bed grilling theory and the proper fluidized bed form, the appropriate plan derived from producing research and being optimized with the producing statistics of many analogic material and the same kind of material, thereby getting the ideal particle form finally.
