摘要
根据高炉喷吹煤粉燃烧特点 ,对直吹管和风口回旋区分段模拟 ,以直吹管模拟结果作为回旋区输入 .回旋区数学模型在直吹管数学模型的基础上进行修正 ,为简化计算模型 ,用附加力修正焦炭回旋运动对气流产生的影响 ,回旋区焦炭燃烧量和回旋区大小根据经验公式确定 .对直吹管和回旋区采用分段模拟 ,更加接近高炉实际情况 。
On the basis of the characteristics of BF Pulverized coal combustion, the combustion of pulverized coal in the blowpipe and tuyere is simulated step by step. The simulation result of the blowpipe is used as the input of the raceway calculation. The raceway model is modified on the basis of blowpipe model. The effect of coke circulation on gas flow is modified by additional force for simplifying the model calculation. The amount of coke combustion in the raceway and the raceway size can be decided by experiential formula. The way of simulations for the blowpipe and raceway is considered more close to practice. By using these models it is possible to improve simulation accuracy.
