摘要
通过实验研究了紫杉醇生物合成代谢调节方法及一些相关调节因子的作用效果 .结果表明 ,5′ AMP对紫杉醇生物合成有显著抑制作用 ,而外加一定水平ATP ( 5 0mg/L)对紫杉醇合成有促进作用 .因此 ,蛋白质磷酸化要比其去磷酸化调节更有利于紫杉醇合成 .在生产培养基中加入 2 .5mg/L的三十烷醇使培养体系中紫杉醇产量提高了 14倍 ,而加入 13 .4mg/L的苹果酸使培养体系中紫杉醇产量提高了 15 .2倍 .此外 ,α
Effects of some related factors on taxol biosynthesis was studied. The results showed that 5′ AMP has significant inhibitory effect on taxol biosynthesis. Adding a certain concentration of ATP (50?mg/L) had promoting effect on taxol biosynthesis. Protein phosphorylation had more beneficial effect on taxol biosynthesis than its dephosphorylation adjusting. Supplementing with Triacontanol (2.5?mg/L) increased taxol production in culture system by 14 fold and supplementing with malic acid (13.4?mg/L) increased taxol production by 15.2 fold. Moreover, α pinene, pine oil alcohol and camphor added together had certain improving effect on taxol biosynthesis than that added respectively.
