中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)是先天抗微生物免疫的重要部分。NETs由中性粒细胞DNA、组蛋白和细胞质蛋白质构成。它对微生物是一种有效的防御机制,当缺乏有效抗衡调节时,它又能损伤组织。越来越多的证据表明NETs的动态水平是随着炎性过程,而不是随着组织损伤而变化。一种快速定量游离中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网DNA(cf-DNA/NETs)的方法已经建立,cf-DNA/NETs可能是用于诊断与预测炎症性疾病的新标志物。
Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) have been identified as a central part ofantimicrobial innate immunity. NETs are composed of neutrophil-derived DNA, histones, and neutrophil cytoplasm-derived proteins. NETs function not only as an effective antimicrobial first line defense machanism but also may lead to tissue damage in the absence of counter regulation mechanisms. There is growing evidence that NETs kinetics follow the inflammatory course rather than the tissue damage. A rapid quantification method for neutrophil- derived circulating free DNA (cf-DNA/NETs) in plasma has recently been developed, cf-DNA/NETs might be an important novel marker in the diagnosis and prediction of inflammatory disorders.
