外源松柏醛、芥子醛对离体培养棉纤维生长发育的影响

摘要 [目的]研究苯丙烷代谢途径中间产物松柏醛、芥子醛对离体培养的棉纤维生长发育的影响。[方法]以不同浓度的外源松柏醛(CA)和芥子醛(SA),对离体培养的陆地棉(新陆早36号)胚珠进行饲喂培养,对培养5~25 d棉纤维的伸长生长状况进行分析和比较,并利用乙酰溴法检测培养27 d时纤维中木质素含量。[结果](1)饲喂一定浓度(100、200μmol/L)的CA和SA对棉纤维的伸长生长都有抑制作用,抑制程度最大者为200μmol/LSA,其纤维长度抑制率达10.56%(P<0.01),纤维团面积抑制率达14.5%(P<0.01)。(2)CA和SA对纤维伸长的抑制作用主要发生在10~15 d,该段时间内各处理组纤维伸长生长率比同时段对照减少最高为3.6%(200μmol/L SA P<0.01),最低为1.3%(100μmol/L CA,P<0.01)。(3)培养27 d时,SA 200μmol/L处理组纤维木质素含量为6.75%,比对照高1.27%,CA 200μmol/L处理组纤维木质素含量为6.24%比对照高0.76%。[结论]100和200μmol/L的芥子醛、松柏醛抑制棉纤维的伸长生长,并增加纤维中苯丙烷类化合物的含量。 [ Objective ] To explore the effects of exogenous coniferaldehyde (CA) and sinapaldehyde (SA) on cotton fiber development. [ Method ] Cotton ( Gossypium hirsutum, Xinluzao36) ovules were cultured in vitro of different concentrations of CA and SA respectively, fiber length and growing area had been surveyed from 5 to 25 days, the content of phenylpropanoid compound in fibers which were cultured in 200 IxmoL/L CA and SA for 27 days were measured by acetyl bromide method. [ Result] ( 1 ) The certain concentration ( 100 and 200 ixmol/L ) of exogenous CA and SA inhibited the normal growth of the fibers, and the highest inhibiting effect was generated by SA 200 μmol/L treatment, that with the length of the inhibitory rate 10.56% treatment (P 〈0.01), and the area of inhibition rate 14.5% (P 〈0.01 ). (2) The inhibiting effect of the occurred on 10th to 15th days, during this period, the decrease of fiber elongation growth rate ranged from 3.6% (SA 200 Ixmol/L) to 1.3%, less (CA 100 txmol/L) than that of the CK. (3) On 27th days, 6.75% of phenylpropanoid compound were detected ( 1.27% higher than that of the CK) in fibers fed by SA 200 txmolfL, and 6.24% were detected (0.76% higher than that of the CK in fibers fed by CA 200 ixmol/L. [ Conclusion] The certain concentration ( 100 and 200 ixmol/L ) of exogenous CA and SA could inhibit the elongation growth of cotton fiber, and increase the content of phenylpropanoid compound in fibers.
