摘要
采用相转移催化方法将 1 -苯基 (甲基 ) -3 -甲基 -5-( 4,6-二甲基 -2 -硫代 )嘧啶基 -4 -吡唑甲醛氧化成酸 ,进而与卤代烷反应制得吡唑甲酸酯 .所报道的 1 6个新化合物结构经 1 H NMR、IR、MS和元素分析确证 .初步的生测结果表明 ,其中几个化合物对小麦锈病有明显的抑菌活性 。
Phenyl (methyl) 3 methyl 5 (4,6 dimethyl 2 thio) pyrimidinyl 4 pyrazolyl formaldehy des were oxidized with phase transfer catalysis method to the corresponding acids. From the reaction of the acids with various alkyl halides 1 phenyl (methyl) 3 methyl 5 (4,6 dimethyl 2 thio) phyrimidinyl 4 pyrazolylate were prepared. The structures of sixteen new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis. The results of preliminary bioassay indicated that some of the compounds showed fungicidal activities against Puccinia Triticina Eriks and herbicidal activities.
