摘要
烯烃基甘油醚磺酸盐 ( AGES)与甲基丙烯酸 ( MAA)或丙烯酸 ( AA)用于甲基丙烯酸甲酯 ( MMA) /丙烯酸丁酯 ( BA)无皂乳液聚合体系 .对乳胶粒大小、乳液的流体力学行为 ,共聚物的动态力学性能、拉伸行为及耐水性进行了研究 .实验结果表明 :通过同时加入两种可聚单体 ,可获得含量高达 60 %的稳定无皂乳液 ,乳液为 Bingham流体 ,乳胶粒大小为 0 .4μm左右 ,所得共聚物的拉伸强度大 ,耐水性好 .
In this article, monomers allylglycerdyl ether sulfosalt (AGES) and methacrylic acid or acrylic acid were used in the MMA/BA emulsifier free emulsion polymerization system. Particle size and fluid behavior of the latexes, dynamic mechanical behavior, stress strain behavior, and water resistance of the copolymers were investigated. The experimental results showed that with the addition of copolymerizable monomers, stable latexes with solid content reached as high as 60% were obtained, latex particles were about 0.4μm in diameter, flow behavior of the latexes followed the Bingham fluid. In addition, tensile strength of the obtained actactic copolymers was higher than that of conventional emulsion copolymer, and the water resistance was also greatly improved.
