摘要
考虑劳资双方"在岗期"与"离岗期"的效用问题,引入社会保障因素,构建劳资关系的新古典模型,并对劳资关系和谐的一阶和二阶条件进行分析,得出和谐劳资关系下的社会保障水平。基于劳动与资本要素相对稀缺程度的角度分析"要素比例相当","资本稀缺、劳动力过剩"及"资本富余、劳动力稀缺"情况下,促进劳资关系和谐,获取社会保障待遇的条件,进一步得出要素相对稀缺程度对劳资关系中"资强劳弱"和"资弱劳强"的状况有重要的决定作用。
According to consider the utility of the two parties in "on-the-job" and "leave-the-job", this paper introduces the factor of social security and build a Labor Relations Model in new classical. It analyzes the first and the second order conditions of harmony labor relations, and then calculates the level of social security. Based on the angle of relative scarcity degree of elements of labor and capital it analyzes the conditions to promote the harmonious labor relations and obtain the social security benefits when "the proportion is equal", capital is scarce and labor is surplus" and "capital is surplus but labor is scarce". And then it comes to the conclusion further that the relative scarcity degree of elements plays a decisive role on "strong capital-weak labor" and "weak capital-strong labor".
