摘要
报道摇瓶体积、摇瓶装液量、接种量、菌种、摇速、培养天数、培养液含硒浓度以及菌种加Se驯化与否等因素对富硒金针菇 0 0 1号深层培养生物量的影响。结果表明,适宜的深层培养条件为:培养温度 2 4-2 5℃,5 0 0ml三角瓶装液 10 0ml,接种量 3- 4块,菌种加Se驯化 7d。摇瓶转速为 110r/min,培养天数 15d,菌丝体干重收率达 1.6 %(w/v)。
This paper presents the effect of the following factors on the biomass of Se-accumulating Flammulina valutipes ,namely,the flask volume,liquid medium rate,spawn,inoculating way,vibration velocity,culture time,Se content in culture liquid.The optimum submerged conditions are as follows:the temperature is betweer 24℃ and 25℃;liquid medium 100ml,inoculating 3-4 blocks;the vibration velocity is 110r/min;the cultme time is 15days;the time of culturing raw strain in adding Se slope is 7days;the mycelial dry weight rate is 1.6%(w/v).
