摘要 作为相控阵雷达的基本单元和关键模块,数字式移相器一直是现代微波电路研究的重点。本文分析了移相器的发展动态,总结了数字式移相器的主要电路结构,给出了电路的基本工作原理,并讨论了各种电路结构的特点和适用范围,对现代数字式移相器设计具有重要的指导意义。 As a basic unit and ke) component of Phased Array radar, Digital phase shifter is always the focus of the study of modem microwave circuit.This paper analyzes the trend of phase shifter developmen,, summarizes main circuit structure of digital phase shifter and gives the basic working principle of the circuit.After discussing various circuit structures' characterisficsandappJ:cablescopes, This article has impoctant guiding significance for modem digital phase shifter design.
