淮北土壤中硒的浸出行为研究

本文利用HNO3-HClO4 -HCl体系处理试样 ,采用差减荧光法测定微量硒 ,对淮北各类土壤中硒的浸出行为进行研究 .结果表明 :土粒对硒有强吸附作用 .该方法简便、灵敏度高、干扰小 .

Study the selenium′s exosmosis in the soil of Huaibei by analysing the samples with the system of HNO3-HClO4-HCl,and survey micro selenium with reducible fluorescence spectrophotometry.Conclusion:The soil has strong adsorption to selenium.The method is simple,high sensitivity and little disturbance.
