摘要 为掌握纵轴式掘进机在截割岩石过程中性能综合分析各种影响因素,建立了截割系统的动力学模型,应用Matlab进行仿真,得到了工作状态下掘进机截割头的转速和转矩的变化.研究结果表明,掘进机截齿排列方式和岩石性质对掘进机截割头的转速和转矩影响较明显,而截齿截割过程中的间隙非线性因素对截割头影响较小,为掘进机优化设计提供了理论依据. The cutting resistance results in torsional vibration when a longitudinal roadheader cuts rocks. Thus the torsional vibration has an significant effect on the cutting performance of roadheaders. This study analyzes the torsional vibration in order to understand the cutting performance of roadhears. The dynamic model of roadheader cutting system is developed on the basis of rocks' property and picks' pattern. Also, the variations of angular velocity and torque of the cutter head in working condition are obtained by simulation using Matlab software. The results show that the rock's properties and the picks's pattern significantly affect the angular velocity and torque while the non-linearity of clearance has little effect on the load of roadheaders. The study provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of roadheaders.
