叩背与电动吸痰在婴儿肺炎辅助治疗中的效果观察

Effect Observation on Knock Back and Electric Suction in the Adjuvant Treatment of Infants with Pneumonia

目的探讨叩背与电动吸痰在婴儿肺炎治疗中的作用。方法回顾分析2008年1月～2010年12月在我科住院的120例婴幼儿肺炎,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加叩背与电动吸痰,比较两种方法治疗效果。结果常规治疗组加叩背与电动吸痰机组患儿临床症状改善显著,住院时间缩短。结论婴幼儿肺炎在常规治疗基础上加叩背与电动吸痰较常规治疗能取得较好临床疗效,值得在基层临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of knock back and electric sputum in the treatment of infants with pneumonia. Methods 120 cases of infant with pneumonia were retrospectivly＇analyzed since January 2008 to December 2010 in my department. Control group was treated with conventional therapy, treatment group plus knock back with electric suction on the basis of conventional therapy.Results Clinical symptoms in treatment group improVed significantly,hospital time was shortened.Conclusion The infant pneumonia improved significantly on the basis of conventional treatment with kmock back and electric sputum,it is worth of promotion in the basic clinical unit.
