摘要
采用脉冲示踪应答技术对多釜串联的微型工业反应器的单釜、二釜和三釜串联模型进行了 RTD测定 ,借助计算机对各模型进行数字特征计算 ,并在 Excel中标绘出各模型的 E( θ) -θ关系曲线 .由最小二乘法对单釜实验数据回归的结果表明 ,该反应器液相混合均能满足全混流假设 .与其它反应器相比 ,它具有较好的传热及传质特性 ,为以化工开发为目标的连续流动体系的宏观动力学研究提供了依据 .
In this paper,we shall see that pulse response measurements can be used to determine the residence time distribution (RTD) of the elements of fluid in a microreactor as the one used in industry.Response data has been processed by microrcomputer,and the response curve E(θ) θ is a plot of E(θ)= e -θ . for various values of q v .The study proves that the liquid mixing model approximates to the ideal mixing model in the stirred tank.Compared with others,this reactor shows the advantage in mass transfer and heat transfer property.This result offers the evidence to study on the macrokinetics of the scale up of chemical processes.
