面向21世纪我国高素质化学教师的培养对策

The strategies of cultivating high quality chemistry teachers towards 21st century

为了深化我国高等师范化学教育改革 ,在对国内外化学教育进行分析、比较的基础上 ,结合对化学系本科生进行问卷调查后的统计、分析结果 ,提出我国高素质化学教师的培养对策 .

To deepen the reform of normal chemistry education,in the basis of comparing with the chemistry education in foreign countries and analyzing the statistical and analytical results of a questionnaire investigation performed within the undergraduates in the chemistry department,this paper proposes the strategies of cultivating high quality chemistry teachers.
