高血压与胆固醇血症对颅内动脉硬化形成的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 选择家养的32只雄兔作为研究对象,将其分成4组:单纯高血压组(HT组)、单纯胆固醇血症组(CH组)以及高血压加胆固醇血症组(HT+CH组)和正常的对照组(N组),给选择的家兔喂养胆固醇使其形成胆固醇血症,后进行检测[1,2]。另有部分标本进行电镜检查。结果家兔行血压升高试验后较实验前相比血压有明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)N组和CH组家兔颅内脑实质内、外动脉在光镜下检查没有发现任何异常。HT组光镜下可见脑实质内、血管收缩、外小动脉肌层增厚及透明变性。在HT+CH组,3只兔颅内脑实质外动脉内膜下出现泡沫细胞,并向管腔凸起,脑实质外较大动脉出现动脉粥样硬化病变。结论单纯高血压可导致颅内小动脉发生动脉硬化;高血压和胆固醇血症同时存在的情况下,很可能就会引起颅内大动脉粥样硬化,导致较严重的脑卒中。而单纯胆固醇血症一般不容易引起颅内动脉退变。
