国家地方联合创新平台构建及运作管理研究——以重庆为例

The Research on National & Local United Innovation Platform Construction and Operation Management——Based on the Example of Chongqing

以重庆为例,对国家地方联合创新平台的构建和运行管理进行了研究。通过对重庆市国家地方联合创新平台建设与运行管理进行研究分析,发现存在的问题和不足;通过构建国家地方联合创新平台建设与运行管理的评价指标体系,有利于创新平台的准确定位,更好地为行业和区域经济社会发展服务;通过提出完善重庆市国家地方联合创新平台建设与运行管理的对策建议,有利于搭建创新资源配置更优、联合创新能力更强、具有良性自我发展机制的创新平台。

The national local united innovation platform construction and operation management was studied in this paper by taking Chongqing as an example.Through which,the problems and deficiencies were found out;construction of the evaluation index system of national local united innovation platform construction and operation management is conducive to the accurately position innovation platform and better serve the economic and social development of the industry and the region;the proposal on countermeasure and suggestion for the improvement of Chongqing national local united innovation platform construction and operation management helps build up the innovation platform with better innovation resource allocation,stronger united innovation capability and benign self development mechanism.
