摘要 探讨人力资本对企业不同类型创新的影响,提出人力资本要素之间的互动与企业创新存在正向关系的研究假设。通过对246家中国企业的实证研究表明,专才型人力资本正向影响利用式创新,通才型人力资本正向影响探索式创新。另外,人力资本间的交互作用与双元型创新存在正向关系,此结果显示互补性是人力资本的一项重要特性。研究结果可帮助企业界更了解人力资本的组成维度之间的相依性,及其如何透过人力资本对企业创新发挥乘数效果。 The purpose of this study is to probe into the impact of human capital on different types of innovations in enterprises and put forward the research hypothesis that interactions among human capital elements are positively correlated with enterprise innovation.Survey data collected from 246 Chinese companies indicates that specialist human capital positively affects exploitative innovation,while generalist human capital positively affects exploratory innovation.In addition,there is a positive relationship in the interaction between human capital and ambidextrous innovation,showing that complementarity is an important characteristic of human capital.The results can help business circles better understand the dependencies between the dimensions of human capital composition,and how they play a multiplier effect on enterprise innovation through human capital.
