光伏产业链协同绩效评价指标体系研究

Research on Evaluation Index System of Collaborative Performance of Photovoltaic Industrial Chain

近些年光伏产业实现迅速发展的同时,也存在很多问题。从产业链协同角度对问题予以分析,在对产业链协同绩效内涵解释的基础上,以价值链、供应链、技术链、空间链四个维度,构建光伏产业链协同绩效评价指标体系,并对指标予以解释说明,旨在为科学评价和掌握光伏产业协同发展状况,以及有关产业政策的制定提供科学依据。

Photovoltaic industry has developed rapidly in recent years,but there are many problems.This paper worked from the point of industrial chain collaboration to analyze the problems.Based on the explanation of the industrial chain collaborative connotation,this paper established the evaluation index system of collaborative performance of photovoltaic industrial chain in the value chain dimension,supply chain dimension,technology chain dimension and space chain dimension,and the indicators were explained in detail in a bid to provide a scientific basis for the scientific evaluation and mastery about the collaborative development of photovoltaic industry,and the formulation of industrial policy.
