反思型小学语文教师培养的若干思考

摘要 反思型教师是对传统的经验型教师的超越,它关注教师在教学实践中的反思,并且力图使理论与实践之间的鸿沟不再不可逾越。教学在本质上是一种反思性实践,它既强调"反思"又需要"行动",本文基于从反思性实践理念下培养反思型教师的研究思想,明确反思型教师即具有反思性实践能力的教师,揭示教师反思中意识不强、气氛不浓、机会不多、深度不够等问题,剖析了教师的职业理想、认知水平、职业生涯及学校文化等影响教师反思的因素,并提出了培养反思型教师的三大对策:进行反思性学习,更新内化教学理念;实施反思性教学,追求教学实践合理;学会反思性自评不断增进教育智慧。 @@@@Reflection type teachers are not the traditional teacher beyond,it pay attention to the teacher in the teaching practice of reflection,and tried to make the theory and practice of the gap between not insurmountable.Teaching is in essence a kind of reflective practice,it not only emphasizes“reflection”and the need to“action”,based on the reflective practice from the concept of culture reflection type teachers'research thought,clear reflection type teachers as a reflective practice ability of teachers,teacher reflection reveals the consciousness is not strong,the atmosphere is not strong,there are few opportunities,depth is not enough,this paper analyzes the problems of teachers'career ideal,cognitive level,career and school culture,influence factors of teachers to reflect on,and raises the reflection type teacher three countermeasures:reflective learning internalization,update teaching ideas;Implementation of reflective teaching,the pursuit of teaching practice reasonable;Learn to reflective self-evaluation improving education wisdom.
