教育实习 ,对于高等师范院校培养合格的高质量师资具有重大意义。传统的教育实习曾经发挥过重要作用 ,但也存在许多不足。本文针对传统教育实习模式的不足 ,提出了一种新的教育实习模式———混合编队教育实习模式。这种模式如果组织得好 。
Teaching practice is very important for training teachers. Traditional mode of teaching practice has given important play to train teachers. But, with the development of education, the traditional mode of teaching practice needs to be reformed. This essay will put forward a new mode of teaching practice——organizing mixedly into teams which could improve and enhance greatly the quality of teachers practice.
