儿童阵发性室上性心动过速诊断方法分析

The analysis of the diagnostic method for pediatric paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

目的对确诊为儿童阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的患儿的诊断方法进行分析,探讨不同诊断方法对确诊儿童PSVT的价值。方法收集本院2008～2012年门诊及住院的98例确诊为儿童PSVT患儿,所选病例均行心电图及动态心电图检查,诊断未明的则进行食管心房调搏检查,分析心电图、动态心电图、食管心房调搏检查结果。结果所选病例92例通过心电图诊断PSVT,3例通过动态心电图诊断PSVT,3例通过食管心房调搏术诊断PSVT。结论 PSVT病例绝大部分通过心电图明确诊断,诊断不明时则通过动态心电图及食管心房调搏术可确诊。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic method of pediatric paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia patients, and to explore the values of different diagnostic methods. Methods Totally the 98 cases of pediatric paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia （PSVT） outpatients and inpatients from 2008 to 2012 were collected. All the cases were undergone electrocardiogram and hoher ECG examination. Transesophageal atrial pacing was carried out for the uncer- tain diagnostic patients. The results of electrocardiogram, holter ECG and transesophageal atrial pacing were analyzed. Results There were 92, 3, and 3 cases were diagnosed by electrocardiogram, holter ECG and transesophageal atrial pacing respectively. Conclusion Most of PSVT can be diagnosed by electrocardiogram. For the uncertain cases, holler ECG and transesophageal atrial pacing can provide diagnostic value.
