超声在刮宫术中的临床应用

The clinical application of ultrasonic curettage

目的对超声在刮宫术中的临床应用价值进行评价分析,为今后的临床应用提供可靠的参考依据。方法随机抽取本院2010年1月～2012年12月收治的引产后胎盘残留、稽留流产行刮宫术的育龄女性86例,将其分成对照组和观察组,分别实施直视下刮宫术和在超声引导下行刮宫术,而后对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者手术时间较对照组短(P<0.05),观察组一次清宫成功率为95.35%,较对照组高(P<0.05),且并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在超声指导下行清宫术可提高一次手术成功率,缩短手术时间,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasonic curettage and to provide reliable reference for future clinical applications. Methods Eighty-six childbearing age patients given curettage in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 to treat residual placenta after induction of labor or missed abortion were randomly chosen and di- vided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group given curettage under direct vision while pa- tients in observation group given ultrasound guided curettage. Clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results Statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05） existed in items as operation time and the incidence of compli- cations which observation group showed better results. Curettage success rate at the first time between the two groups also showed statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, with 95.35% in observation group, higher than the rate in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound guided curettage can improve success rate at the first time, shorten surgery time and reduce the incidence of complications. It＇s worthy of promotion in clinical applications.
