颅内血肿微创清除术治疗脑出血的疗效观察

Clinical observation on intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

目的研究颅内血肿微创清除术治疗脑出血的临床效果。方法抽取94例患有脑出血的患者,将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组47例。采用内科保守方式对对照组患者实施治疗;采用外科颅内血肿微创清除术对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组;患者死亡率明显低于对照组;临床治疗时间明显短于对照组;出现不良反应和并发症的例数明显少于对照组。结论应用颅内血肿微创清除术对患有脑出血的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To study the clinical effect of intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery in treatment ofcerebral hemorrhage. Methods Ninety-four cases of patients suffering from brain hemorrhage were divided into control group and treatment group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given conservative medical treatment;The treatment group was given intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery. Results The treatment effect of cere- bral hemorrhage in treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group; The mortality rate was signif-icantly lower than that of the control group; The clinical treatment time was significantly shorter than that of the con- trol group; The number of adverse reactions and complications was significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery in treatment of cerebral hemor- rhage is very obvious.
