更昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of Ganciclovir combined with compound Glycyrrhizin in treatment of herpes zoster

目的观察更昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法收集本科2010年6月～2012年9月收治的120例带状疱疹患者,并将其随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组60例给予更昔洛韦0.5g静滴,同时给予复方甘草酸苷注射液120mg每日静滴。对照组60例仅单纯给予更昔洛韦0.5g每日静滴。两组治疗疗程均为15d。疗程结束后分析两组结果,比较两组临床症状的改善情况。结果两组患者均完成治疗疗程,并取得较好疗效,且无明显不良反应发生。治疗组的临床症状改善时间明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组和对照组神经痛的发生率分别为11.67%和23.33%。结论更昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Ganciclovir with compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods One hundred and twenty subjects with herpes zoster from our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group （n = 60） was given with drug treatment of Glycyrrhizin 0.5 g combined with compound Glycyrrhizin injection 120 mg everyday, the control group （n = 60） received the treatment of Glycyrrhizin 0.5 g injection everyday only. The course of treatment was 15 days. The clinical symptoms between two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Both groups completed the treatment course and obtain obvious curative effect with fewer side effects. The improvements of the clinical symptoms in treatment group was superior than that of control group after treatment（P 〈 0.01 ）. The incidence of neuralgia in treatment group and control group were 11.67% and 23.33% respectively. Conclusion A combination of Ganciclovir with compound Glycyrrhizin has significantly therapeutic effect in the treatment of herpes zoster, it is safe and reliable.
