左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗功能性子宫出血80例临床观察

Clinical observation of levonorgestrei-releasing intrauterine system and mama fulongin the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内节育(曼月乐)与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆)治疗功能性子宫出血的临床应用效果。方法选择2010年1月～2011年1月本院妇产科收治的功能性子宫出血患者120例,随机均分成两组,观察组80例自愿接受曼月乐及妈富隆治疗;对照组40例采用口服妈富隆治疗。结果治疗1年后随访发现,与对照组比较,实验组患者的总有效率明显升高,控制出血时间及完全止血时间明显缩短,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曼月乐与妈富隆不但从临床方面有效地控制月经,对功能性子宫出血有持续的疗效,且避孕安全、持久。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of levonorgestrei-releasing intrauterine system （LNG-IUS） and Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets （Marvelon） in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding from January 2010 to January 2011 were di- vided into observation group（n = 80） and control group （n = 40） randomly. The observation group was given LNG-IUS and Marvelon, while patients in control group were given Marvelon treatment. Results The total effective rate of obser- vation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The completely hemostatic time and control hemostatic time in observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group, difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Marvelon treatment and LNG-IUS can effectively control menstruation, and it has continuous curative effect in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and contraception is safe, durable.
