稳心颗粒联合黛力新治疗心脏神经官能症疗效观察

Clinical observation of Wenxin granules with Deanxit in the treatment of cardiac neurosis

目的观察中药步长稳心颗粒联合黛力新治疗心脏神经官能症的疗效。方法将75例神经官能症患者随机分成3组,每组均为25例,对照组给予常规方案治疗;黛力新组在常规治疗基础上加用黛力新;联合组在黛力新组药物使用方案基础上再加用稳心颗粒。连续治疗4周,观察患者临床表现及不良反应等情况。结果对照组、黛力新组、联合组的有效率分别为68%、88%、96%,黛力新组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),联合组疗效则优于黛力新组(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合黛力新治疗心脏神经官能症疗效优于常规治疗及单独黛力新治疗。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Wenxin granules plus Deanxit capsule on heart neurosis.Methods Twenty-five patients of cardiac neurosis were randomizedly divided into three groups： control group, Wenxiri granules group and combination group. Based on clinical manifestations, three groups were given conventional therapy, Deanxit, Wenxin granules plus Deanxit capsule drugs for 4 weeks. Results The improvement rate of subjective symp- toms was 68% in control group, 88% in Deanxit group and 96% in Wenxin granules plus Deanxit capsule group. Compared with control group, the improvement rate of Deanxit group increased apparently（P 〉 0.05）; and the improve- ment rate of wenxin granules plus Deanxit capsule group increased apparently compared with Deanxit group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Wenxin granules plus Deanxit capsule are more effective than routine therapy and Deanxit therapy alone.
